This is in Memory of Theresa Brabson who sadly died of Lung Cancer on 17th September 2011, Theresa was diagnosed in August 2011 and sadly passed away at home just a few weeks after. With the help of the Hospice at Home team at Nottinghamshire Hospice, Jackie, her daughter was able to care for her at home in her last few days. Nottinghamshire Hospice helped the family with care immediately when Theresa was discharged from hospital.

Jackie says that she did not know how she would of coped without the support and help of Nottinghamshire Hospice,. Her Mum loved the Nurses who sat with her and not only provided her with physical and emotional support but also the family, sadly it was only for a few days but the support from Nottinghamshire Hospice was incredible.
We wish them all the best and hope to keep you updated on their progress!
