Following on from the success of the previous Carer Support Days, Nottinghamshire Hospice now announces the new Autumn 2008 Carers Programme.
"Looking After Me"
Carers Day - Thursday 28 August from 10.30am to 2.30pm
Venue: St. Jude's Church, Woodborough Road, Mapperley, Nottingham
Speaker: Les Weeks, Lecturer in Palliative Care
Topic: 'Caring for Yourselves'

You are welcome to attend all 6 sessions or pick those that would be of interest to you. There is no pressure to attend every week.
