Protect your loved ones and leave a legacy of care, comfort and compassion by having your Will written or updated during Make Your Will Month.
Without a Will there is no guarantee your loved ones will be provided for when you die.
Writing a Will is very important as it makes sure the things you leave behind go to the people and causes you care about. More than half the UK population don’t have an up to date Will – don’t let this be you!
Writing a Will doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive and this May Nottinghamshire Hospice can help.
During May you will be able to update or write your Will with a participating local solicitor who will waive their normal fee in return for a voluntary donation to Nottinghamshire Hospice.
The suggested donation for a basic Will is between £75 – £100 or for mirrored Wills £150 – £250.
Why update my Will during Make Your Will Month?
Your Will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign and it ensures your estate and possessions can be distributed as you want them to be and ensures peace of mind and security for you and those you love.
All of the money donated by you for the drafting of the Will is given directly to Nottinghamshire Hospice by your chosen solicitor to help us to provide care and support people with a life limiting illness, their families and carers.
Your legacy is a precious gift…
Once you’ve taken care of your family and friends, you might also consider leaving a legacy in your Will to Nottinghamshire Hospice. Any gift you choose to leave, however large or small, will help us to continue to provide care, comfort and support to people in their final days.
