How does the Lottery support Nottinghamshire Hospice?
Every single penny of net proceeds is put directly into hospice funds – that’s more than £50,000 every year.
An annual subscription to our lottery of £52 would pay for all the materials needed for two creative projects. Many patients enjoying having a project that they can work on each week, such as a painting, creating a mosaic, or making something like a Memory Box to pass on to younger generations. As well as being great fun, the projects help to build patients’ confidence – and many even discover hidden talents.
Nottinghamshire Hospice Lottery is registered with Nottingham City Council under the Gambling Act 2005 and a member of the Hospice Lotteries Association, we are committed to fundraise responsibly and encourage responsible gambling.
Gamcare www.gamcare.org.uk and The Responsibility in Gambling Trust www.responsiblegamblingtrust.org.uk provide support if needed.
