Saturday 17th July: Walk in Memory of a Loved One whilst raising much needed funds for Nottinghamshire Hospice. Our 10 kilometre circular walk begins and ends at Nottingham Forest Football Stadium. Entry is £12.50 for adults (Group Discount of 10 walkers for the price of 8 = £100) and £7.50 for children (aged between 8-15 accompanied by an adult) which includes food and drinks. Our theme this year is ‘Sparkle & Shine’ so dress up as little or as much as you like. And you can buy some 'Sparkle and Shine' accessories on the night.
There will be a prize for the best outfit and the most sponsorship money raised by an individual.
Pre-registration is essential so please send back your registration forms as soon as possible
The event starts at 7.00pm and will feature Elvis Tribute Artist, Willard Ford (www.songsoftheking.com) on stage plus a fantastic fireworks display courtesy of Crescendo Fireworks. There will be a display by Razzamatazz Theatre Group and a pre-walk warm up by Dance Divaz. Then at 9.00pm the ribbon will be cut by Eastenders and Strictly Come Dancing Star Ricky Groves who is a fantastic supporter of the hospice.
