The aim of the Clinical Services at Nottinghamshire Hospice is to ensure the best possible palliative care for adults with a life limiting illness, and to giving respite and support to their carers.
DaycareReferrals for Daycare are welcomed from any health or social care professional, a friend, carer or relative of anyone with a life limiting illness whose prognosis is thought to be less than two years.
Hospice at HomeHospice at Home is a service for people in the latter stages of their illness, with a prognosis of less than 6 months, who need nursing care and support in the home environment.
Counselling ServiceNottinghamshire Hospice offers a free, confidential and professional counselling service to our patients, their carers and family members.
Support for CarersAn important part of the services provided by Nottinghamshire Hospice, is to provide a support network for the carers of the patients who attend the Hospice.
