Summary of Services
The aim of the Clinical Services at Nottinghamshire Hospice is to ensure the best possible palliative care for people with a life limiting illness, and to giving respite and support to their carers.

Daycare Referrals for Daycare are welcomed from any health or social care professional, a friend, carer or relative of anyone with a life limiting illness whose prognosis is thought to be less than two years.

Hospice at Home Hospice at Home is a service for people in the latter stages of their illness, with a prognosis of less than 6 months, who need nursing care and support in the home environment.

|
Carer Support Days We are very pleased to now be able to offer our NEW programme of support for carers. This is open to unpaid carers of all Hospice patients from Daycare and Hospice at Home.
