Our Care

Referrals for Daycare are welcomed from any health or social care professional, a friend, carer or relative of anyone with a life limiting illness whose prognosis is thought to be less than one year.

Hospice at Home is a service for people in the latter stages of their illness, with a prognosis of less than 6 months, who need nursing care and support in the home environment.

Nottinghamshire Hospice offers a free, confidential and professional counselling service to our patients, their carers and family members.

An important part of the services provided by Nottinghamshire Hospice, is to provide a support network for the carers of the patients who attend the Hospice.

At the Hospice, bereavement support is an integral part of the service we offer to patients and carers, working with multi-faith chaplaincy support and counselling.
