Who are the Hospice at Home team?
The team consists of qualified Nurses and Auxiliaries who have specialist training and experience to help you care for your relative or loved one in the home situation.
Nottinghamshire Hospice at Home Nurses work in close co-operation with the GP, District Nurses, Specialist Nurses and Community Matrons.
