Internal Vacancy – Executive Assistant

Permanent Contract

22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £11.75 per hour

  We are presently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Team. 

This varied role will require the successful candidate to provide pro-active and confidential PA/administration support to the Chief Executive, the Executive Team and the Board of Trustees.

This role will also be responsible for all aspects of ICT for the organisation including trouble-shooting, basic problems and regularly liaising with the ICT Support company.

 The ideal candidate must be educated to degree level qualification (or equivalent), with extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar roles which have required strong administrative skills.  Advanced IT with excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organisational skills are essential with experience of arranging events from monthly meetings to large scale events such as AGM’s.

You will be required to have the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and the flexibility to attend board meetings and evening meetings of which you will take accurate minutes at.A full training programme will be given to the successful candidate.

 The successful applicants will be subject to a DBS Check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
