37.5 hours per week (Plus paid on call and enhancements, benefits)
Salary: £29,367 per annum

We provide a range of palliative care services for people in Nottinghamshire and are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our expanding hospice at home service. We have a single point of referral for healthcare professionals and patients to ensure that patients can access our services without delay.
Our Hospice at Home nursing service provides nursing care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for people with life limiting illnesses who wish to be cared for in their own homes.
Our new Hospice Night Support service is a responsive service providing care to patients in their own homes when they most need it. At our Woodborough Road site we also offer a range of day therapy and carer support services. You will ensure that patients are receiving care appropriate to their clinical needs.
You will line manage our team of hospice at home nurses and be involved in service development.
You will be part of our on call rota You must be a Registered Nurse (Level 1) and have extensive post registration experience gained within a relevant healthcare setting. Essential to this role is evidence of CPD, an understanding of community healthcare service provision, experience of managing people as well as an up to date awareness of palliative care.
In addition, you must have excellent communication, organising skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
The successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
