Are you passionate about retail and want to make a difference in your community?
Nottinghamshire Hospice is a great place to work! As a charity we are able to be creative, fleet of foot and inspiring in our approach to our services and how we work together. Our CARE values are embedded throughout – Care, Acceptance, Resilience and Empathy.
We are the leading Nottinghamshire provider and influencer of community based palliative and end of life care, with ambitions to make a real difference to all those diagnosed with a life-limiting or terminal illness. We have been established for 40 years and are at the heart of our communities who rely on our care at a time of need.
We are an expanding, innovative and welcoming team. You will play a pivotal role in launching and managing our new community based shop in Blidworth where you can harness your previous retail management experience and use your imagination and creativity to bring our vision, mission and values to life in your community.
This is an exciting opportunity as you will need to engage with the Blidworth community to enlist volunteers, and maximise donations to turn into funds.
You will be a “people person”, creative in your approach to retail with a keen eye for detail. You will be commercially minded with a sound background of mainstream or charity retail.
If you are looking for an opportunity to work for a local charity and be part of a great CARE movement then this is the opportunity for you.
The successful applicant will be subject to a Standard DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
