Senior Healthcare Assistant Hospice in your Home – Hospice Night Support Team
Usual Shift Pattern 9.5 hours (9.45pm – 7.15am Monday – Sunday)
£10.64 per hour (basic rate) plus 30% enhancement which equates to £13.83 per hour
Full and Part time contracts Available from 9.5 – 38 hours per week

We are looking for experienced HCA’s to join our dynamic, new community palliative care service, providing overnight care and support to patients and families at the end of life.
You will be passionate about delivering hands on care to patients in their homes. You will be required to travel across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire delivering palliative care.
You will be a great team player. You will be able to prioritise your workload within a busy service, delivering the highest standards of palliative care to people in their own homes.
The Hospice Night Support Team is leading the way in providing community based palliative care in Nottinghamshire, 365 nights a year. You will work closely with the existing Hospice team and liaise confidently with the wider Out of Hours Community Health and Social Care Teams across the Greater Nottingham area. You will be supported by a comprehensive induction package, regular training/supervision and ongoing support.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent in Health & Social Care) or NVQ Level 2 and extensive community palliative care experience.

The successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
