Wellbeing Programme – January and February 2020
Here you can find out what activities you’ll be able to take part in at our weekly wellbeing days every Friday.
Drop-in Cafe and Care – every Friday 10am-2pm
Join us for free tea, coffee and cake whilst you have a relaxed chat with our care team and volunteers. You’ll get to have a look around the hospice and gardens and find out more about the ways we can help you.
Garden Club – every Friday from 10am-2pm
Come and enjoy some light gardening in our beautiful garden. Get to know other people and unwind before the weekend.
Music Therapy – 10:45am til 11:45 noon – every Friday from 17th Jan to 14th Feb + 28th Feb
This involves movement, singing, percussion, relaxation, coordination and meditation exercises. All abilities welcome, come and give it a try!
Memory making crafts – 1pm til 2pm – 17th & 24th Jan
Tai Chi – 1pm til 2pm – 31st Jan to 28th Feb
Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise and stretching that also combines mindfulness. You don’t have to have done it before, come and give it a go.
Hospice User Group (HUG) – 10.30 – 12 noon Friday 10th January & Friday 14th February
Join our group of patients, carers and volunteers to help shape and advise hospice services.
