Wellbeing Programme – March and April 2020
Here you can find out what activities you’ll be able to take part in at our weekly wellbeing days every Friday.
Drop-in Cafe and Care – every Friday 10am-2pm
Join us for free tea, coffee and cake whilst you have a relaxed chat with our care team and volunteers. You’ll get to have a look around the hospice and gardens and find out more about the ways we can help you.
Garden Club – every Friday from 10am-2pm
Come and enjoy some light gardening in our beautiful garden. Get to know other people and unwind before the weekend.
Memory Meals – 10:30am til 12 noon – 13th & 20th March, 3rd, 17th & 24th April
Come and share your memories and recipes about your favourite foods, meals and what they mean to you. Help reminisce, put together a cook book and share ideas with others.
Spring Bouquets – 10:30am til 12 noon – 27th March
Tai Chi – 1pm til 2pm – every Friday
Tai Chi (seated Tai Chi) is a form of gentle exercise and stretching that also combines mindfulness. You don’t have to have done it before, come and give it a go.
Hospice User Group (HUG) – 10.30 – 12noon Friday 13th March & Friday 17th April
Join our group of patients, carers and volunteers to help shape and advise hospice services.
