Hospice In your Home (HIYH) - Administrator

Salary 

£24,604 per annum (basic salary) *

*Further enhancements for weekend and Bank holiday working

Hours

37.5 hours per week worked over 5 days Monday – Sunday

Between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm on a roster basis

The role

Would you like to work in a genuinely rewarding organisation?

You will work within a supportive administration team, as part of the Hospice In Your Home service, which makes a real difference to the lives of patients and their families.

You will provide comprehensive, efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative services across Care Services.

You must have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification in an appropriate field or equivalent experience. Ideally you will have experience of working within a healthcare setting. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at different levels with the ability to deal with distressing situations and emotive circumstances. You must have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and working with a range of different systems including the ability to create and generate reports from the system. Experience of SystmOne is an advantage.
