Give Feedback About Your Care
Tell us about your experience
At Nottinghamshire Hospice we aim to meet the physical, emotional, psychological and social needs of people with a life-limiting illness. We’ll also ensure that their loved ones are supported both through and after this difficult time.
If you’ve received care or support from us, we’d love to hear from you about your experience.
How to leave feedback
We’ve partnered with iWantGreatCare to make it easy for you to provide reviews about the care you’ve received, in a way that will be used to make a real difference.
Whether you wish to say a public “thank you” for great care, or highlight things we could have done better, your feedback helps us to improve the way we work and helps others make decisions about the care they want.
You’ll see your comments published on the Nottinghamshire Hospice landing page, and this can be done anonymously if you prefer.
