A gift in your Will is one of the most powerful ways to support us. It creates a lasting impact that allows us to continue offering the care and comfort that so many depend on – today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.

As our population ages and the demand for hospice care rises, the importance of gifts in Wills has never been greater. That is why we are urging everyone in Nottinghamshire to consider leaving a gift in their Will to Nottinghamshire Hospice. No matter how small, your gift will help us to continue to be there for others when they need us most.

Why should you make your Will?

Studies show that less than half of UK adults have an up-to-date Will. Not having a Will can lead to unnecessary stress and worries for those left behind.

How to get your free simple Will

Sills & Betteridge

Sills & Betteridge solicitors are kindly reserving a few appointments for our supporters to get a free simple Will. It is strictly first come, first served.

To book your appointment:

1. Phone Sills & Betteridge on 0115 941 1469 from 1st October 2025.
2. Ask to speak to someone in the Wills department and mention ‘Nottinghamshire Hospice’ to get your Free Will.

If you’re unable to secure one of our Free Wills during October, don’t worry, as you can still get 15% off the cost of a Will or Trust with Sills & Betteridge until March 2026.

Octopus Legacy

We’ve partnered with expert estate planners, Octopus Legacy, so you can write or update your will for free*. The cost of your Will is covered by us up to £150, so you can write or update a simple Will for free or get a Will with trust at a discounted rate.
