Local produce pulls in seasonal shoppers at hospice Xmas fair

The Festive fair at Nottinghamshire Hospice promises to be bigger and better than ever this year as we host local food and drink producers as well as craft stalls, a ‘Name the Reindeer’ contest and of course, Santa’s grotto.

Produce from Delilicious, Gauntleys and Castle Rock will be on sale along with the hospice’s own homemade pickles and 14 types of fudge. There’ll be entertainment from the ‘Sing it Bold’ gospel choir plus refreshments at the event on 25th November at Nottinghamshire Hospice, 384 Woodborough Road, Nottingham, NG3 4JF

Head of Retail, Penny Cooper, says: “This year’s festive fair will be the biggest and best we’ve ever done, come down and hear our gospel choir while enjoying a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate. Try your luck at the tombola or raffle and pick up a special gift for your loved one.

Entry to the event is just £1 for adults and 50p for children. Admission to Santa’s grotto costs £5 which includes a gift from Santa. Doors open 11 am till 5pm.
