About the shop
Our Sherwood community shop is situated on Mansfield road next to TSB bank. The shop itself is modern in fitting with Sherwood’s vibrant community and boasts a TARDIS for a changing room!
We pride ourselves in being one of the largest charity shops in Sherwood where you’ll find a wide variety of: ladieswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, homeware, books, furniture, CDs and DVDs, vinyl (and you can try before you buy in our listening booth!)
The front entrance to the shop is accessed by steep stairs, however, there are handrails. We also have an accessible entrance to the rear of the shop, this is flat all the way into the shop. The shop itself is on one level and is also flat. There’s parking across the road just off Winchester Street and on a main bus route serviced by both Trent Barton and Nottingham City Transport.
Volunteer in our shops
Do you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people? We are looking for volunteers to help in our charity shops. Working as part of a team you will be helping to contribute towards raising funds for the hospice. This is great role where you will make friends, have fun and learn new skills.
